Cut Option:
This option is used to cut the selected and save it in the buffer. It is used for the paste.

Procedure:
First select the content of the file, go to Edit Menu and then click on Cut option.

Copy Option:
This option is used to make a copy of an existing file and save it in the buffer. It is also used for the paste.

Procedure:
First select the content of the file, go to Edit Menu and then click on Copy option.

Paste Option:
It is used to paste the text, which is lastly stored in the buffer. It will be paste the text where the cursor is available.

Clear Option:
By this option we can delete the active text.

Procedure:
First select the text, go to Edit menu and then click on clear option

Search Menu:
This menu has some option such as: Find, Repeat last Find and Replace.

The figure 19 shows the Output of Search Menu.

Find Option:
This option is used to find the text, which is available in the file.

Procedure:
First go to search menu, click on find option and then display find dialog box. Type text in the find what text box, then click on OK button.

Repeat Last Find Option:
It is used to repeat the text which is given in the find dialog box.

Procedure:
First go to Search menu, click on repeat last find option.

Replace Option:
This option is used to replace the text.

Procedure:
First go to Search menu, click on replace option. Then it will display a dialog box. Type text in the replace with text box. Then click on replace button.

View Menu:
View menu has three options. They are Split Window, Size Window and Close Window.

Option Menu:
Option menu has two options, such as Settings and Colors.
